Even though all customs are made with great quality materials, wear and tear are bound to happen. On the shoes, I use rhinestones and an industrial adhesive, as well as angelus acrylic paint so shoes are durable if cared for properly.

I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order please let me know and we can figure something out. Once shoes are shipped out I am not responsible for delays or lost packages because I can not control that. However, I do provide shipping insurance on every order through usps.
